SHIPPING POLICY

JamaicanEpilepsy.org offers safe and fast delivery to all fourteen (14) parishes of Jamaica. Some orders may be eligible for same-day delivery, however, the usual delivery time on all orders is 2-3 business days.
 

To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full names, and daytime phone numbers.
 

Orders are packaged and shipped from Monday through Saturday and exclude public holidays. Orders made on separate days, or from separate collections, may arrive in separate shipments and possibly on different days. If there is a delay in receiving your order, feel free to contact us by sending an email at jaepilepsy@gmail.com.


When an order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent within 12-24 hours, via the email address provided upon registration.
 

Orders may be shipped to your home, office, a chosen pick-up location, or other location of your choice.

The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy (seen below) for full return instructions.
 

Please Note: If a package appears to have been tampered with in any way, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery and inform JamaicanEpilepsy.com immediately. JamaicanEpilepsy.org will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 48 hours of delivery.
 

International Shipping

At this time, JamaicanEpilepsy.org offers limited international delivery options and encourages customers to contact us at jaepilepsy@gmail.com if you discover that during checkout, there are no shipping options for the destination of your choice.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FULL REFUNDS
 

JamaicanEpilepsy.org will be happy to provide a full refund upon your return of goods purchased if the following conditions are met:
 

a) The item being returned is not in the list of non-returnable items listed below:

i. Wooden Items that are utensils used before return
ii. Painting or Drawings that have been defaced, scratched, frame broken, or generally otherwise damaged and devalued.
iii. Books that have been defaced, burned, suffer insect infestation, or damaged by spilled liquids.
iv. Ceramics and other Artwork that has been physically damaged from their original quality


b) The original packaging of the item being returned has NOT been opened.
 

i. If it is an item that is not in its sealed packaging, then the item being returned for refund must NOT have been used, marked, defaced, or in any way devalued from its original condition. 
 

c) You return the product (or notify us of its imminent return) within 5 business days of receiving it. 
 

Please Note: Full Refunds will be done via the same payment method used when the item was purchased unless otherwise specified. Note that we are unable to offer cash refunds. 




STORE CREDITS
 

You may return items sold and fulfilled by JamaicanEpilepsy.org within 5 business days of delivery for an equivalent value in store credits if the item does not qualify for a full refund.
 

You will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% if the item being returned is not in its originally sealed packaging. Where special packaging was not provided, the item must be in its original condition. This applies to all products in every collection store-wide.
 

All returns must be sent in their original packaging, unopened and new, within 5 business days of receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of your valid identification, proof of address, receipt, and delivery note received from the delivery agent.
 

An email confirming your JamaicanEpilepsy.org store credits will be sent to you within 7 business days of receipt and acceptance of your return.
 

If an item is returned and upon review, we identify that the issue was not a result of a JamaicanEpilepsy.org error, then we will deduct the cost of shipping plus a restocking fee of 15% and send you the difference into Store Credits.

Returns made after the required 5 business days period, and subject to any statutory rules which may apply, will be subject to a 70% returns, handling, and restocking fee.


JamaicanEpilepsy.org is unable to process cash refunds for returned goods. Goods purchased and paid for by the method of Cash on Delivery, if being refunded, will be refunded by the method of bank transfer or store credits. Store credits can only be used to make purchases on JamaicanEpilepsy.org

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
 

Subject to any statutory rules which may apply, the following shall be not accepted for return:
 

a) Any product which has been made unusable if returned. 
 

b) Any product that exhibits physical damage including burns, dents, scratches, broken parts, misuse, insect infestation, spilled liquids, damage caused from improper handling, abuse, accident, alteration, or neglect.


c) Any product with a broken warranty seal or any signs of an attempted repair.

Product descriptions and compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed.
